Documents a project from Italian designer Martino Gamper, initially exhibited in 2007, which he described as a “3D drawing project”, presented here in its fourth edition and fourth size.

For this exercise, Gamper aimed to create 100 chairs in 100 days by reconfiguring objects retrieved over a two year period, resulting in a collage of design history, converting the character and features of the chairs as a means to investigate the potential merger of several stylistic and structural elements. The process is immediate and spontaneous, like sketching in three dimensions.
